The Process
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSTRUCTION

Lot layout: We allow you to select the best build site location for your home.
Dirt work: Brush and trees will be removed during the grading process.
Frame Stage: We thoroughly review window and door placement, closets, and ceiling lines.
Electrical: Our electrician and trim carpenter staff check the kitchen and room layouts for all outlets.
Sheet Rock: We ensure the sheet rock covers all bull nose and texture areas.
Trim Stage: This includes closets, kitchen, and all millwork
Paint: We’ll work with you to select interior and exterior paint color as well as millwork finish.
Driveway: We create your driveway layout upon completion of brick veneer.
